By accessing or using myAI-founder, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users, including founders, team members, and administrators.
myAI-founder provides an AI-powered C-suite automation platform that enables founders to configure AI executive roles, generate strategic reports, and manage company operations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful content, to attempt unauthorized access, to reverse-engineer our AI models, or to use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure.
myAI-founder and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including AI models, software, and content. You retain ownership of data you input. AI-generated reports are licensed to you for business use under your subscription plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, myAI-founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California.
