## Operator and privacy contact

myAIfounder is operated by Pentragrid Technologies (P) Limited, India. Contact info@myaifounder.com for privacy questions and access, correction, or deletion requests. Do not send passwords or API tokens.

## Draft — pending operator approval

This draft describes the supplied application code. The operator must verify the production configuration and complete an approved privacy notice before treating it as final.

## Information used by the application

The homepage waitlist collects your name, mobile number with country code, email address, and an optional company name so the team can contact you about myAIfounder. The server validates these details and submits them to the configured Supabase database. Waitlist contact records are not public. Account features use Supabase authentication. The signed-in workspace can store company profiles, decision history, and measured outcomes in configured Supabase tables.

## AI processing and cookies

When you request an AI analysis, the application sends relevant inputs to the configured OpenAI API. The application requests store:false for those responses; that setting alone is not a statement about all provider retention practices. Authentication uses HTTP-only cookies to maintain an account session.

## Optional account connections

When you authorize Google Analytics, HubSpot, Stripe, or a GitHub App connection, the server exchanges the provider authorization code and encrypts credentials before storing them. Only your safe connection status is sent to the browser. Credentials are excluded from AI prompts. Disconnect removes the local credentials and attempts provider revocation where supported; a shared GitHub App installation is not uninstalled.

## Retention and remaining policy review

This release does not configure automatic expiration for waitlist contacts, saved company context, tasks, analyses, or outcomes. OAuth authorization state expires after ten minutes; it cannot be reused. You can disconnect optional provider accounts in your workspace and contact the privacy address for other deletion requests. The operator must approve retention periods, request handling, applicable legal bases, vendor and international transfer details, and an effective date before this notice is finalized.
